Follow the class A river Shirakawa to its source and you will find this location. Here, spring water bursts up from the ground with the speed of approximately 60 tons per minute, kicking up sand and creating a constant rhythm that rings out among the trees. Take your time to enjoy splashing around in the water – and when you’re done, there’s also a place to shop and drink some tea.
